So, its been some time since I have written, however, my computer had been down and we are back in business again! Yay! So, since my last entry... I gradually increased my intake on the rice, added spagetti O's.... I know.... bad for me but it helped with getting back on solids. In the month of October, I started to eat egg whites with salsa, then one day tried turkey meatloaf.... and then turkey burgers (although no bun or lettuce or any of the fixin's)..... and now, that's where I am at with my diet. I can eat chicken if it is soft or fresh out of the oven. I don't eat anything fried.... haven't tried bread again yet... but I did have an apply pastry.... made my heart race so won't be eating that again. I can eat tomatoes but I eat em diced... I feel like a toddler that just graduated from number 3 jar foods to gerber graduates finger foods. I did manage to gain a couple pounds... yay for me! So, I am on my way to getting better. It's a process but it's not impossible.
