Yay! Stepped on the scale yesterday and weighed in at 115... stepped on the scale this morning and weighed in at 116!!! Ya know you weigh less in the morning so I'll weigh myself again tonight. I may have gained more weight than I know. Could it be that I tried solids again yesterday and pigged out on 3 bowls of rice? I've been eating cream of chicken and mash potatoes for the last month...

Keep up the good work it's great that your working on your health.
Try oatmeal cookies, nuts and seeds and granola bars. Cereals are always good for weight gain in a healthy way.

Try cheesecake and puddings that would that be a soft consitensy until you can eat more solids and these are high in calories.

Thank you Daisy. I can't do cheesecake or puddings because of the dairy content. I have eliminated dairy from my diet. But I will definitely try nuts, seeds, and granola bars once I can eat those. Thanks so much.
