ok,  not much going on.   another day in paradise .  just waiting for next chemo session.

used to live down south, the state motto is sportsman paradise.  so, i started to use the phase--another day in paradise--- to spoof the motto.

actually  have lived in almost every state in the union.  drove 18 otr (over the road)  most of my life.    got interested in how folks live .  so, i would move to an area for a while.  get to know the people and the culture.  then pick another town/state and do it again.   spell check does not work on here.

what i found out is--folks are pretty much the same every where .  culture is different along with accents.   basic human behavior  is the same . 

my d.o.t. medical was real close to expiring.  found a doctor in tennessee in a small town that did d.o.t. physicals.  he took me in right away and performed the physical and gave me my long form and card.

  the nurses and the doc came in before i left and asked where i was from.  they said they detected 7 accents in my speech and could not pin down where i was  from.   have a habit of aping folks where i live. pick up and use  their accent.

thought it was funny. was born in utica, ny,  so, i have bits of that.  and bits of all the other places i lived.    folks in the north thought i was from the south, and folks down south thought i was from the north.
