Saw your reply on the healthy snack post and would love to hear more about how to get rid of these 20 lbs I gained quitting that I just cant seem to shed. Much harder as we age- never had a weight problem till I quit. Have tried eating healthier- but I find it hard to get rid of ALL sugar- I developed a real sweet tooth when I quit- any suggestions are welcome- Also- I love your music- checked out your website- very nice voice and very soothing.
