Support Groups
Close Pancreatitis
I've been sick for about 5 years, but was diagnosed about 2 years ago with chronic pancreatitis. I feel very alone and that's why I decided to look for a support group. I'm not handling the disease very well and really want to change my behaviors so I can lead a better life.
Treatments
- Pancrelipase Somewhat Helpful
- I really can't tell if the Pancrease works or not. I still have really bad bouts and end up in the hospital.
- Oxycodone Somewhat Helpful
- It helps a bit for the breakout pain. I take 2-10mg tabs 3x a day with breakout pain. I am also on Metadone but can't tell if it's helping or not.
