I was lost in the darkness
so far away
And then the Lord came
and I began to pray
Longing for someone to save me from
the pain I feel deep inside
Your words touched me, my soul exalted,
my body cried
Each night I am blessed with
your infinite power
And the despair I felt heavy in my heart
has lifted and my faith so much brighter
With words, dreams and visions of what will be
I trust that miracles will happen and to believe in you
is what I needed to see
