Close Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy
I have RSD of the left foot for 3 1/2 years now. I believe it has spread but because I have several pain disorders no dr will say for sure. Looking for friends and support and to help others. Will answer any questions you ask openly and honestly in hopes of creating awareness. Would love to talk sometime!!!
Treatments
- Neurontin Somewhat Helpful
- Was on 3000 mg in the beginning and then went medication free for a yr and now been back on it for a yr, but my body so far only handles 400mg, I have had severe neurological side effects that became so bad that those around me said I was a different person. We are working on raising it more slowly.
- Duragesic Patch Somewhat Helpful
- No side effects helps with other pain not related to RSD.
