I’m With You
I am with you on being determined to lose weight.I myself put on extra weight after my divorce.I need to lose 110 pounds and I will be happy.I am here if you feel like talking.I just started to start walking again and my feet hurt but I keep saying to myself no pain no gain.What broke the straw finally was I ended up splitting my pants at work the other day and I had no idea,I was so embarrassed when a coworker mentioned it to me.That was it,I knew it was time to take control of my life again.I did check out different gyms and the YMCA but they are so costly and I find walking is free and once I get more into shape there are tapes.well I am here if you feel like talking.
