Close Depression

Thought that life was going to be tough all the time, glad I finally told my doctor about feeling negative and depressed for so long! I hid it very well, I have a great job and have a lovely wife. I am glad that I now have an opportunity to move on with my life with my mind and mood in the right direction. I found it difficult to realise that I was depressed due to the fact that I could hide it well, until I could not live feeling negative anymore. I wish I told someone who could do something about it earlier.
