  Keep me updated on your post-avinza strategy, I need some ideas for my next visit. I think I will move it up as the endocet 10/325 just isn't getting me through the day and I am devestated by my most recent dilemma....my morning 'surge' of pain is starting to surface back later in the day. This is a new development and my little house of cards is falling, falling, falling! lol!

  Hi, just wanted to make you aware of Oramorph, a much cheaper alternative to Avinza. Oramorph is a 12-hr morphine pill that comes in 15, 30, 45, and 60 mg dosages. It only costs $45 without insurance for 60 pills at Walgreens. It is no longer under patent, so generics are available. Looks like we are on the same combo morphine / hydro! I also take marijuana for pain. Works great, but I must stop using one week before my PM appointment due to drug testing.
