  If someone had convinced me years ago that life would be about a lot of suffering for many of us I would have changed my life a long time ago. Now it's too late and I share your pain in more ways than one. While I have not yet been to the doctor about this, I have a knot on the back of my left knee-----it is waaaaaay down deep and affects my range of motion. After sitting all day, which of course if what I do, I can barely stand, I can barely walk, and just as I was learning to jog this crap happened. I am pretty sure that it's sciatica but need to get confirmation. Best of luck to you in getting rid of the pain and whatever you do, don't give up on YOU. Someway, some how, we have to figure it out on our own and probably via alternative healing along with prayer and positive thinking about the future. It's hard, but life is not pain free for most of us. Unfortunately, I am a little late accepting that fact.
