I have been told that I have sleep apnea. I hate wearing the CPAP. It keeps me awake. I need to learn techniques to overcoming apnea,

- I can not fall asleep with the mask on. I get better sleep without it.

- Walking 2 miles a day. I am slowing losing inches from my waist.

Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI am very depressed. I want to know what it is like to be happy.

- Effexor Not Working
- Did not work.
- Lexapro Not Working
- Made me more hostile.
- Positive Thinking Not Working
- Only works for a few seconds, then reality strikes.
- Trazodone Working / Worked
- Use for sleeping. Makes me sleep better than any sleeping pill.
- Wellbutrin Not Working
- Did not feel any different.
- Zoloft Not Working
- Kept me awake at night.
