Close Depression
On August 1, 2009 I had an accident on my farm which broke my leg and I immediately experienced a DVT and PEs. I was hospitalized most of the month, and had surgery for the leg.

- Since April 09
Close Pulmonary Embolism
I broke my leg Aug. 1/09 and had an immediate DVT and PEs but didn't get diagnosed with either until Aug. 5th when I was hospitalized on an IV Heparin drip. I had to wait for surgery on the leg until the 12th and was released on oral warfarin on the 19th. My INR at release was 2.3.

- Heparin Working / Worked
- Didn't notice much except excessive sweating.
Open Osteoporosis
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis 4 years ago and started Didrocal. Three years ago I switched to Fosomax.
