Fish Oil is a lifesaver! I have had problems with anxiety and depression for a number of years. After reading about a fish oil study online, I decided to try it. I noticed a significant and positive improvement in the following symptoms within 1-2 weeks: insomnia, overall level of anxiety, and negative thoughts. My overall mood has improved to the point where I feel relatively normal on a daily basis (as opposed to really, really down all the time). I suggest everyone try some of this amazing stuff:)

- Abilify Not Working
- I felt too "hyped up" on this medication - probably as a result of my other medications.
- Ativan Working / Worked
- Seems to help.
- Geodon Not Working
- I gained a little bit of weight on this. Also made me very tired.
- Lamictal Working / Worked
- Fantastic medication! I had some vivid, disturbing dreams when I first started taking it, but they went away gradually.
- Lithium Somewhat Helpful
- I took this prior to Lamictal. I didn't like having to regularly get my blood tested (required with this med) and it also might have contributed to my poor thyroid function.
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- Zoloft Working / Worked
