ugh Mood

Today started out great for me i watched christmas specieals and wrapped christmas presents,but a few minutes ago i was in an abuse survivers chat room and i was triggered.its right in the guidelines nothing graphic and this person was being very graphic very triggering and none of my friends are online!im trying to calm myself but i cant and i dont know what to do i really need someone to talk to!
