Found out 2 weeks ago I have vulva cancer. My gny was not very clear about what was going on. Only said I need surgery, where he would cut out a large area and I would need reconstructive surgeries after. He also said I could see an oncologist if I wanted to. I week went by and I started to read about vulva cancer and have decided to see an oncologist and now just waiting for my appointment on Sep 15. I have no idea what is going on, he never even told me I had vulva cancer I called and asked what kinda cancer I had and his nurse told me.
