Hello , I read your post and the reason you GYN probably didn't say much was that alot of GYN really don't know that much about vulvula cancers. Be sure you find a GYN gynocologist who does have some background dealing with this disease and if you are not happy with the 1st get a second opionion. It is treatable and I would be happy to answer any questions that I can. I was diagnosed in 1996 and had surgery and have done well. Good luck to you. Nancy
