      My son was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder and he has gone from a type A high producing individual to not being able to function in school or go to work. He has been on many different meds but they make him gain wait and fall asleep. He has lost hope in the future and has seen all of his dreams slip out of his reach. He is suicidal at times but knows it would devastate his family so we need help finding a way to live

      Treatments

      Psychotherapy Not Working
      He stopped therapy because it because it didnt seem to be making a difference.
      Prozac Not Working
      Helped a little for a short time
      Lexapro Working / Worked
      No difference in symptoms
      Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
      He knows he is loved and has our support but we dont know what to do to help him
