Thanks for the hug! How are you doing?
Sorry to hear you aren't doing well. Don't give up and don't beat up on yourself for being ill. Things can and will improve if you just hang in there!
Praying for death is natural with being bipolar. there is a book called "The Unquite Mind" by Kay Redfield Jamison, who really explain a lot about being bipolar and some of the things that she experience, she is a Doctor One of the leading authorities on it, As well as being bipolar herself. It is a cheep book, but try to order it, or get it if you can, it is really worth the education. I am bipolar, and have three bipolar childrend. So I had to prepare and learn all that I could on it, so that I would be able to save my children as well, as myself. God bless and Good Luck, Kase
Keep me posted about when you are getting out. I am here for you if you need to talk.
Praying for you! Hang in there.
