Close Meniere's Disease

I have recently been diagnosed with Menieres. I am really terrified as to how this is going to affect my life. I am 48 & have just started back to college after being a waitress for many years. I was really happy & doing well.Now I am afraid I will have an attack at school It will not be a pretty sight as my attack in July was severe. I was diagnosed by a specialist& he started me on a low sodium diet. I am either going to get very depressed or fight this thing, I choose to fight

This helps alot but the specialist doesn't believe in it. It takes that strong vertigo away and mellows it out so I can work. It makes me tired though so I only take .5mg in morning and .5 at night. But I am soon running out.
