Just find out where it is and walk into your county adult mental health clinic for immediate free services, between the hours of 8 and 5. Do you have a 211 you can call? We have it in California. They give you phone numbers and addresses of free services in your area.
Thank goodness you can come on here right now. But, yes, try your county services. Some churches also offer help from a licensed member.
