My name is Shellia. I'm 26. I work as a caregiver looking after a tetraplegic man. Still trying to find myself and try lots of new experiences. Friends have mostly moved away so get lonely sometimes. Searching faith-wise at the moment and reading up about lots of different cultures and practices. Trying to lose weight and get healthier. Love hugs and the ocean.

Close Bipolar Disorder
Grew up with very sick parents with Schizophrenia and Depression. My last year of high school I noticed I started giving up on achieving academically, then left school got a job and had a really low flat depressed mood all year. Next year (2003) I moved out of home and had uncontrollable panic attacks, and crying spells and depression, occasionally interspersed with euphoric times (usually connected with God). Been on medication and in counselling ever since. Life is a rollercoaster.

- Risperdal Considering
- Not sure if it actually helps. take 1mg at night.
