  hey there, its so hard i know, it takes over your life, but you can get better and get thru it, takes hard work and time tho, I'm here for you to help you anyway I can, I'm also suffering from compulsive overeating, its not food that the prob its how you feel about yourself, I use food to self medicate, to make me feel better to take me away from "real life" and to numb my feelings, but Im determined to get better and fight it with everything I have, I'd like to try help you too, be there for you with support/someone to talk to if you want
