Close COPD & Emphysema
I have had COPD for 4 years now. I didn't know that there was anyone to talk too about it.
Treatments
- Advair Not Working
- Used to deal with the asthma \ infalamation component of the COPD. Always makes me light headed. Doesn't help the emphysema at all.
- Albuterol Not Working
- Used to deal with the asthma \ infalamation component of the COPD. Always makes me light headed. Doesn't help the emphysema at all.
- Spiriva Somewhat Helpful
- Worked well at the beginning. Allowed me to breath easily for the first time after a long period of illness. Seems to be having less effect as time goes by.
- Tramadol Working / Worked
- Used to treat chronic pain from accident. Compression damage to my spine. very effective if you only take them for short periods of time. After that you develop atolerence to them and they become less effective. Be careful these are highly addictive and the withdrawal symtoms are nasty.
