      I am an epidemiologist involved in tracking and reporting zoonotic conditions in the State of Texas. My 77-year old mother has just been diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic bladder cancer. I have an 80-year old father who is healthy and active, and a wonderful younger sister who is a huge help to us. We want to make my mother's cancer treatment go as smoothly as possible, and are deeply concerned about her.
