I'm sorry but I just noticed the hug from you now, because quite frankly anymore I just don't notice as much lol I ive in a development in NW NJ. I'm near the back of the area near a bit of a wooded area, plus some years back we purchased an extra lot to the kitchen end of the house. Not much yard in the back so we use that side as a yard and leave the lot semi wooded. The creatures have moved in and think that I'm sitting on "their" deck. They get used to me being there so now redporduce there too. I know there are too many deer but at the same time there is nothing sweeter than watching mamma dear take care of her little ones early in the a.m. hrs.. I can't even chase the deer anymore' they just look at me, stare. We have bears, geese, Gray Heron, ect.. all this in the midst of a development. It's great for me because I'm not a camping type person so this way I don't leave home to see it all. Lin.

Close Migraine Headaches
I suffer from migraine headaches aprx. one a week. They seem to trigger my sinus as well and so I end up with dual headaches. I am interested in methods others have had success with, especially those methods don't include pain meds.
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- Certain scents can trigger migraines so I avoid perfumes and any other scents that aren't natural.
- Caffeine Not Working
- Naproxen Working / Worked
- It used to work well in the past but my kidney function prohibits use of it presently.
- Tylenol Working / Worked
- Doesn't seem to work at all.
- Ibuprofen Working / Worked
- I do find Advil works after the first few doses. Say half way through the day but try to avoid it as it is very bad for someone with reduced kidney function.
Open Chronic Pain
I have polycystic kidney disease. My kidneys and liver are enlarged and covered in cysts.
