I know exactly what you mean when you talk about a boat trip. I get anxious any time my family goes on a trip. I would say 90% of the time I do go, and end up being okay. I just know to pace myself and rest when I can. Good luck!

Genetically in my family, we all have uneven seratonin levels. Its caused depression and pain amongst me. I had no idea that seratonin affected sleep too. Thanks!

- for a little bit heat does ease it
- Lyrica Considering
- not at all sure i want to deal with the side effects.. or the addiction
- Vitamin B12 Working / Worked
- gave me a boost of energy
