I remember those first few weeks after diagnosis. Once I got passed denying I could have narcolepsy, I felt like a freak-estranged/different from everyone. I found the NNetwork site and read the patient stories. I started to feel like i found out I was part of a whole family I never knew I had. I was diagnosed almost 9 months ago and I think I am still adjusting to the idea...of having a chronic illness...this site has helped me move forward a lot! welcome!
