- have had various different levels prescribed over last 10 yrs. was once up to 400 mcg daily, now 200 mcg. am worried it may contribute negatively to my bipolar disorder.

have just got out of hospital (again) after a month in there. acute manic episode and now i'm feeling the come-down blues. have had 4 previous admissions to hospital for mania. i want to manage it properly.

got divorced over two years ago now. still haven't had the confidence to get out and have another date with anyone. am scared, basically. don't want to get hurt again but am getting so lonely.
