I'm sorry 2 hear about your melt down. Don't feel bad b/c it happens once n awhile 2 me @ work. I usually feel better after all is said & done though. I hope u r feelimg better & had a festive w/e. Think positive that this wk will b better than last. Best Wishes!

Close Bipolar Disorder
Diagnosed with depression and anxiety for 7 years, recently changed to bipolar 2 and BPD. Prone to racing thoughts, rage, and mood swings. I can't control my mouth sometimes.
Treatments
- Abilify Somewhat Helpful
- Hate the sid e effects. Not even on enough for it to be helping my depression but it has helped calm my mind.
- Lamictal Too Soon to Tell
- Just starting. Hope it goes well.
- Risperdal Working / Worked
- Worked for the psychosis but I gained weight so I wenr off it. May consider doing it again.
