I am sorry you are going through such a confusing time. You are a very level-headed woman, and I don't believe you will be in this state of mind long. I can relate to what feeling "numb" is like. Sometimes I just am like that, and at other times, I talk myself into being "numb" so I don't feel pain, confusion and other negative feelings. I wish you the best and that you feel betted God Speed.

I have been bipolar since age 17, I have been stable since mid 2003. I am here for support and advice in trying to LIVE my life, instead of only worrying about staying stable.
Treatments
- Ativan Working / Worked
- This has helped greatly to reduce my social and general anxiety. No noticeable side effects.
- Depakote Not Working
- It helped stabilize me after a psychotic break, but my hair started falling out and I got so upset, I changed to Lamictal. My hair never completely filled back in, but it's better.
- Lamictal Working / Worked
- The mood stabilizer I depend on and has kept me relatively stable.
- Risperdal Working / Worked
- Makes me a bit drowsy so I take it before bed.
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- The only antidepressant that has ever worked for me.
