sorry, I got confused.. yes, same thing applies I would say except for the throwing her out since she doesn`t live there. Who is paying her bills or housing if she isn`t living with you? Does the child live with you?

thanks for sharing about your sister. She is a mess and really need to get help. Your mother can go to court and file for temp. guardianship. She should not keep enabling your sister by letting her not take any responsibilities but I can understand shes afrid for the child. If that was me, I`d go to court and file for guardianship, that way the child would be in good hands and then have your mother kick your sister out on her behind andtell her to grow up and get a job!
