: Post Partum DepressionI have a 3 1/2 yr old little girl and a two month old infant. I've been struggling with depression and anxiety for the past 2 to 3 weeks. spoke to my ob-gyn who prescribed Paxil. I've been holding on to the pills, haven't taken them...i'm too scared to become dependent on them. i've been trying st. john's wort, but that's not working...i'm at the end of my rope...

- after two weeks of post poning the pills i finally caved last night and took the first one.
