my niece has OCD and I'd like to learn more about it. I have Fibromyalgia/Chronic Pain, which has some similarities to OCD.

- Aqua Therapy Working / Worked
- Doing stretching exercise in water is so much easier on the body.
- Cyclobenzaprine Not Working
- Cymbalta Somewhat Helpful
- Had been on Prozac for years. My psychiatrist tried me on Cymbalta but it only worked for a few months and now I'm back on Prozac. Much better for me.
- Guaifenesin Working / Worked
- I have copd. Mucinex works great. Robitussin works too.
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- Lyrica Somewhat Helpful
- It seemed to help in the beginning but after 5 or 6 months I don't think it's having much of an affect.
- TENS Working / Worked
- no long term improvement.
- Ultram Not Working
- Vitamin B12 Working / Worked
- Zanaflex Somewhat Helpful
- no major help
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- deep muscle massage hurts like heck but boy did it work! Also learned invaluable stretching exercises.
- Ambien Working / Worked
- Cant live without it. Ive been taking it for years with no ill side effects. Have tried other sleep therapies but this works the best for me.
