A good friend asked me to do a 5K (See Jane Run). I started training for it and lost 10 pounds. I got hooked! This is the first time I have kept a work out routine. I've been going to the gym since Feb 2009. Starting to feel the effects of running! Got the right running shoes, but sometimes the pain is a lot! Not giving up!!

I would like to continue my exercise routine, but will need support so I don't stop...
