As Sharon suggested get blood work done for minerals, etc. Am 5 yrs into meno and was extremely low in vit D which contributes to depression and I believe fatigue and now am taking 5,000 IUs of Metagenics D3. Please be patient w/yourself. I try and rest a lot, not something easy for most of us to do but now I don't care about what others think or societal expectations, I do what I have to do. You might also want to go to womentowomen.com as they have a lot of info and you can call them for suggestions/info. Hang in there m'dear...
