i was married for 17 years and my divorce was finalized in feburary of 2009.

- depending on the type of music it can be helpfull

- it is nice having some one to talk to and have them not tell you to deal with it.

- i have read a lot of self help books life after divorce ect. it gave me a different perspective on what was happening to me.

- i dont have a lot of family support but my church has been very good.

- i attended divorce care. i meet some wonderful people and learned alot of coping methodes.

i have tried several ways to try and deal with the lose that i feel and the emotional and physical pain that i feel and i have found that it is easier to talk to people that have gone thru a divorce and have a understanding of the pain you are going thru.
