Goodmorning John and how are you today? I am doing fine and thinking very much how I am lucky to have a friend in you. YOu have been so nice and a good insperation for me. Yes I don't slow down much and I do my breathing meds and off I go. I have been slow lately with the back and since the air is thick up here today I will just sit and watch football. Yes I like football and especially my team. I am a Steelers fan and have been for years. I use to like the Niners but I have come to watch them lose to many games. We did have snow and it came and went. Now it is fog and rain. Our temps have been pretty cold and It is just starting winter. How are you my friend. You never tell me how you are. I hope okay and I also hope your wife has gotten to feel better. Hugs to you today.
