      I was misdiagnosed several times before I got online and diagnosed myself. My symptoms sound very much like Myofacial Pain Syndrome. I believe mine was caused by stress or tension. I'm researching treatment options.

      Treatments

      Tramadol Working / Worked
      Tramadol made me sleep for more than 18 hours straight. It scared me so i stopped taking it after one dosage. I cannot take pain medication without feeling sleepy. It did not help with my MPS because I did not take it long enough to see the effects.
