BREAKFAST: 2 scrambled eggs,2 slices wholemeal bread with flora,2 cups of tea.
SNACKS: mini box raisins,apple,banana,kiwi fruit,6 brazil nuts,low fat yogurt.
LUNCH: beans on toast
DINNER: stovies,piece of birthday cake.
well that eating plan went right out the window by pm!
this is what i really ate
breakfast and lunch the same,THEN
snacks,2 marzipan bars,two pieces of birthday cake,big portion of lasagne,bowl of soup.
