Fell off the wagon AGAIN at bedtime last night,the problem is that i go to bed with Billy at about 9pm to watch tv,kids are settled in their rooms and he munches on crisps and jelly beans,i wasnt fully satisfied by my food intake earlier and so i joined him in the eating in bed habbit. I had 2 packets of crisps and a handful of jelly beans,god i cannot wait till the big tub is all gone and im going to get Billy to buy flavours of crisps that i dont like,he eats every flavour so that shouldnt be too much of a problem as i only like ready salted and salt and vinegar.
Got everyone coming round for dinner tonight as its my brothers 30th birthday,he had a night out on Sat but we didnt go as it was £20 a head and the kids had to be away by 8pm.






If he eats you need to find something you can munch on too but with little or no calories. Say celery. hugs Cathy
