Food today has been much better thank god,and we had ten minutes alone with Bilyl for a bit loving which is very unusual these days with all the comings and goings in my house!
Lunch: rocket and houmos sandwich,diet yogurt.
Dinner,NORMAL size portion steak pie,mash potatos and sweetcorn.
SNACKS,2 small box raisins.1ltre water,kiwi fruit and apple.
God i feel so pleased with myself,didnt pig out,didnt touch any of the kids or billys fods,i know in some peoples eyes steak pie isnt considered healthy eating but my god for me its a huge start.
