Open Eating Disorders

I have suffered from mostly bulimia for greater than 16 years but i also suffer from anorexia. I am so sick and tired of this disorder, i am at my wits end and the bulimia will not go away. I cant seem to stop myself from binging and purging, as over the years my body has gotten so used to getting rid of the food and any food in my body feels uncomfortable. some days i feel like this disorder is going to be the death of me....sorry to be so grim

this was helpful, but i cant afford one right now

Group Therapy Somewhat Helpful

was in a partial hosp and inpatient and iop group....worked somewhat but bulimia always takes over

Outpatient Treatment Program Somewhat Helpful

Prozac Working / Worked

seems to help in high doses to curb my binging and purging

Residential Treatment Center Somewhat Helpful

they shoved food and nutritional shakes down my throat. to much for me to handle

Topamax Working / Worked

seems to help with my cravings for food. makes food taste bland wich is good for me because of course im obsessed with food.

Open Bipolar Disorder

i have been diagnosed with bipolar. who knows??? maybe its pms maybe its my past drinking and drugging? seems there are so many different diagnoses out there i dont know what to think anymore.
