Family First! I have come to realize that I need to take care of myself, to be able to continue to support my family. I have sacrificed so many things, for so long, and now I need some me time. Take time to do what is right and healthy for me. My family and friends are very important, and I need to be healthy so that I can get back to all of those things that I love to do, but am now unable to do.
