Close IgA Deficiency
I was diagnosed IgA deficiency while treating for weight loss coupled with recurrent GI infection in 2002.In last 2 years,I have started getting recurrent pneumonia. Fever and sore throat occurs at least once a month.Worst situation is that in India there is no dedicated centre to properly diagnose my exact ailment. Doctors have advised me to avoid crowded places like movie theatre or Malls and advised not to eat out and avoid travels by plane.This has completely destroyed my social life.
