  Hi Danielle, pls don't be afraid, go to ur doctor today , u just need some medication to break the anxiety cycle . I was like that also but couldn t have done it without the help . You can't go on like that stuck in ur house cos you won't get well again. Just try something short term to get you back your feet . Thrust me it will pass , but u have to try your hardest to beat it also . You won't die and u won't pas out because no one has from anxiety even though ur 100% sure this will happen . I feel your pain Danielle and i'm here if you need me . Any questions shout ok xxxx
