About Me
I am currently finishing up my last semester of college at Brigham Young University. I am currently working on a research and evaluation class. My project is based on the relationship between recreation and life satisfaction in adults with ADHD. My fiance has been diagnosed with ADHD for a couple years now and we make for a real interesting couple with my low energy and his high energy!! I love him, he's fantastic!! Anyway, after I finish, I'll be getting sealed in the LDS Washington D.C. temple to my best friend and soul mate. After our wedding, I will be interning for four months while he is in school. After being diagnosed with RA, injuries in a roof collapse, going through a divorce at a young age, and many other personal trials; I decided daily strength.org would be great for me!!! I am doing a research project this semester, if you know of anyone with ADHD or have it yourself and is between the ages of 18 and 60 please ask them to take my survey. Come here and vent any time! This is where you'll truly be understood and when you come here you don't have to smile and pretend all is well. I always feel guilty if I have days when I feel bitter or depressed, but geez we all have our breaking point! Best wishes for your upcoming wedding. Your fiance is a lucky man.

Close Rheumatoid Arthritis
I have had RA for almost 3 years now and I have been on several types of medications; I would like to see what other people are doing for their RA diagnosis..support, healing, curing, etc
Treatments
- Folic Acid Working / Worked
- Humira Working / Worked
- I'm taking this shot every two weeks and it works well, the shot is easy and simple to do if you have a pen. It's not painful if you numb it first with a cold pack.
- Methotrexate Working / Worked
- Prednisone Working / Worked
- HATED IT. It took the pain away but I gained a ton of weight without ever even eating, my face broke out with acne, the pill tastes disgusting and I have promised myself to never say yes to a doctor telling me to take prednisone!
- Remicade Not Working
- I was on Remicade for a little over a year, but it stopped working. My doctor said the rat proteins in the medicine were adjusting to my body...
