hey I know how that goes I have been slacking myself. I just started going to the gym again this week. When I find myself slacking I think how I can change up my routines at the gym, do different exercises or pass up the gym all together and go for a run outside or a bike ride. I hope my advise will help at least a little. Have a good day!

I second the bike ride! Take advantage of every day of decent weather because soon they will be few and far between. Have you tried the heavy bag at the gym? It is a great stress reliever.

Thanks I will take everything into consideration...Notdeadyet- I have used the heavy bag it inherited my stbx's name lol...that was the first thing I used when I got there...lol took care of a lot of anger I had.
I go to the gym 6 days a week for about 2-3 hours. I am looking great but, I feel crappy because for the last week i have been doing so much running around for the family due to my sick grandmother that the gym had to take a backseat.
Friday I am off so I am planning on going in the morning and spending a lot of time there.

I hope your grandmother is doing well. But you're dealing with a lot right now. The gym would be good because it's probably the first thing you're doing for yourself all week. Have you tried swimming? Swimming is also very relaxing.
And I bet you look good in a bathing suit too. ;-)
