My doctor sent me to a hemotologist to see if I have a blood deficiency that would be the cause of the DVT in my leg. I went to see him today and all my blood work came out ok. He said that the Protein S and C were slightly low, but that it is normal for them to do that when you are taking Coumaden. I will be on Coumaden for 6 months then will come off and he will run those test again for my peace of mind.

Completely happy about these results.
