      Souns like you have been through alot for someone your age. My granddaughter was in the same situation you are. Her mother has severe mental problems and she hasn't seen her in years. She lives with her father and he had a drinking problem. You are very smart to talk to a Doctor. This is too much for you to deal with on your own. My prayers are with you.
